About Joseph
Dr. Joseph Scagnoli served as Director of Bands at Ball State University for 22 years and served as Associate Director of the School of Music for five years prior to his retirement. Dr. Scagnoli and his wife, Betsy, directed the Indiana Ambassadors of Music band and choir on 13 European Concert tours starting in 1996.
