Our BRT Payments System streamlines the registration and payment process to make every step simple for student travelers and their parents. Our system makes it easy for you to:
- Register your student traveler in just a few quick steps, providing emergency details and dietary needs, and opting for insurance, if you choose.
- Pay online and customize your payment preferences, set up an easy-to-manage payment schedule and create multiple parent accounts, if you need them.
You can feel confident about your trip’s finances, as our platform is powered by Stripe, which has earned the highest grade of payment processing security.
Trip Donations by BRT Payments allows you and your child to invite family and friends to contribute to travel expenses. This feature has had amazing results, with participating AOM travelers receiving an average of nearly $1,000 in donations!
Here’s how it works:
- Once your student is registered and the first payment is made, you’ll receive a Trip Donations link that you can share via email, social media or however you’d like.
- Friends and family can then donate to your child’s trip by following a few easy steps. Donors can choose the amount they’d like to contribute and, if they prefer, they can do so anonymously.
- Donations will immediately appear on your student’s payment timeline – done and done!
Our Trip Donations platform gives friends, grandparents, cool aunts, quirky next-door neighbors, anyone the opportunity to be a part of your student’s AOM experience. Trip Donations transforms student travel into an adventure that friends, family and loved ones can rally around.
